Services include:
-
Career and college guidance

-
Organized sports and recreational outings
-
Health and substance abuse education
-
Counseling
Staff also reaches out to youth on the streets to engage them in positive, constructive activities.
Kesher is sponsored by JCCA. The program was created through partnerships with local rabbis, lay leaders, Yeshiva principals, teachers and the Queens Jewish Community Council.
“I needed a carefree, judgment-free place where I could find guidance and help. I felt that at the Center the first day. The Center gave me the strength and confidence I needed to keep on the right path.”
