Linda S. Gross

 

Linda S. Gross graduated from Emory University with a BA in Psychology and Spanish. Mrs. Gross worked in advertising sales for 25 years, 20 at the New York Times. She retired from sales to pursue a master’s degree in health advocacy at Sarah Lawrence College. Her capstone practicum involved working at a group home for young men aging out of foster care. After earning her degree, Mrs. Gross moved into a full-time role at the group home of young men aging out of foster care, which is operated by the Jewish Board of Family & Children’s Services. Mrs. Gross later obtained a Certificate in Fundraising at NYU-School of Professional Studies and has raised money for organizations that build community and serve populations with mental health challenges. Mrs. Gross is a member of the Board of Mental Health America, in Washington, DC, and the Ruth Keeler Memorial Library in North Salem, NY. She lives in North Salem, NY with her husband.
