Who We Are
David Peretz
Mr. Peretz is the co-founder and Managing Principal of East End Capital Partners, a fully integrated real estate investment and development firm. At East End, Mr. Peretz focuses on sourcing new investments, establishing acquisition strategy, and growing the firm’s capital relationships. Prior to founding East End, he was a Director at Broadway Partners, where he oversaw acquisitions in the Eastern United States.
Mr. Peretz graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and serves on UJA’s Real Estate Council. David, his wife Cortney, and their three children are involved with volunteering on our Pleasantville Cottage Campus.
